We encourage ethical business practices and support teamwork, cooperation, transparency, and partnerships among truckers, carriers, brokers, forwarders & shippers who seek to do business with the utmost integrity.

NHTSA has responded to our FOIA request. They have released 2020 large truck fatality stats. Fatalities in large-truck crashes down 1.3%.
FMCSA Petition for Broker Transparency
SBTC seeks to amend 49 CFR 371.3 to stop brokers from coercing truckers to waive their rights to rate transparency.
The Truck Driver Protection Act
The SBTC has proposed a bill to Congress to crack down on violence against truckers and interference with commerce.
